Ross has been an arranger/ copyist member with MAGA since 1970. He is in demand for studio work by the ABC and SBS for sessions on accordion as well as TV ads for media production companies including Song Zu and Supersonic.

Ross has performed for the Variety Clubs, Royal Command Performance at the Sydney Opera House in the presence of Royal Guests, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. In 1996 Ross toured Australia and New Zealand supporting the famous Scottish tenor, Kenneth McKellar.

Also during 1995 he was awarded the MO AWARD for Best Variety Instrumentalist (first solo Accordionist to win this award). He was awarded the Australian Club Entertainment Award for Instrumental Act Of The Year in 1998, 2004, 2007. In July 2008 Ross was asked to feature on accordion with a 65-piece orchestra at Sydney's State Theatre to premier the Godfather Symphony.

His career has kept him constantly on the move, captivating audiences not only in the Australian club circuit, but also in leading hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore, The United Arab Emirates, New Caledonia, and Mauritius. He has worked on Cunard Lines QE2, P&O Cruises, Sagafjord, and Princess Cruises in the Mediterranean, Sagarose, Crown Odyssey, Holland America Cruise Line and the Japanese Cruise Ship Asuka.

He was invited to be the supporting artist for The Grigoryan Brothers Concert sponsored by Kogarah City Councils Music at Twilight Series held in the St George Auditorium, Kogarah.

Ross was tutored by Australias world-renowned accordionist Enzo Toppano and has produced and written arrangements for his act "Ross & Robyn" (winners of 3 Mo Awards in the 70s). From the 80s onwards he produced and wrote arrangements for Bavarian Kabaret Fest, Neapolitan Serenade, Thats Amore Show, Accordions of the World, From Caruso to Bocelli and Great Divas & Maestros.
